Cancellation Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure learners’ satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before making any purchases from our platform i.e. .

In case of purchase of any pre-recorded online program or workshop from the Platform, the Company shall not make any refunds once payment for such a program or workshop is completed. If the learner changes their mind for the services taken, we will not be liable to cancel the service.

In case of all other programs or workshops, whether conducted online or offline, we will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to the learners from our end post our internal investigation. Applicants seeking a refund should approach the Admin through their personalised ‘Learners Dashboard’ with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Information
  • Date of Purchase
  • Description of the service for which a refund is requested
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant supporting documentation
  • Whether the amount of refund has to be added to your ‘Learning Coins’ Wallet or should be transferred back to your bank account or through any other mode of payment transfer. If the amount is to be returned, the bank details or other payment mode details will be required.

Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make the best effort to complete the service. In case of non completion of services post receipt of refund request, we will refund the paid amount after deducting the money already paid to the government bodies, if any, such as GST etc.

Please note that our refund process may take some time to complete, and the timeline may vary based on the nature of the services and the circumstances surrounding the refund request. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure a fair and speedy refund.
